TOGETHER WE CAN DO MORE!

Community outreach is a big part of what we do at Nanticoke Health Services. But, we can’t do it alone. We partner with many organizations to reach out to the communities we serve.

Partner organizations include individuals, businesses, other health care providers, and other non-profit organizations. We are grateful to all those that support us in our mission to serve our community.

WORKING TOGETHER FOR A HEALTHIER SUSSEX

A new initiative for 2012 is Healthier Sussex County Task Force. This group was initiated by the three CEO's of the three hospitals in Sussex County - Nanticoke Health Serivces, Beebe Medical Center and Bayhealth - Milford. Together this group is working to improve access to care across the county. The initial projects include the Mammography task force, working toward increasing the number of women receiving their annual mammogram, and the Diabetes Task Force which is working to increase the number of diagnosed diabetics who are following their health care regiment and who are accessing self-management education classes.
