Nanticoke Health Services is an independent, community-based hospital serving Western Sussex County, Delaware.
Community outreach is an important part of the culture at Nanticoke as we fulfill our mission “to positively impact our communities’ quality of life through superior health service.”
Every three years, Nanticoke Health Services completes a Community Health Needs Assessment to explore the health needs of the community and to help us determine how to best use resources for community health improvement.

Performing a Community Health Needs Assessment – Your Input: As a part of our Community Health Needs Assessment, we always include feedback from our community. While we only update the CHNA once every three years, it is always important to listen to community needs. At any time, please share with us your thoughts on Community Health Needs using the survey link below. Providing feedback helps us better understand community needs and perceptions, review community outreach programs, and recommend programs or services needed.
