The teens of the Union United Methodist Church high school class in Bridgeville wanted to bring cheer to the families of babies born during the holiday season at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital.

Throughout the month of November, the group collected baby comfort items, books and stuffed animals to assemble in gift baskets. With support from the community, the teens gathered enough supplies to donate 15 gift baskets filled with love for the newest arrivals at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital.

On December 15, members of the Union United Methodist Church high school class presented baskets to Kelly Novak, MS, CAVS, Director of Volunteer Programs at Nanticoke Health Services, who accepted the baskets on behalf of Nanticoke’s Mother and Baby Care Center.

Nanticoke would like to thank the teens at Union United Methodist Church in Bridgeville for brightening the lives of our smallest patients! To learn how you can help make a difference, visit www.nanticoke.org/support.
