The patient portal is your secure online tool to access your health information, request appointments and refills, or communicate with your care team. At Nanticoke, there are two patient portals, one for your hospital records and one for your Nanticoke Physician Network records.

For patients of all NPN locations and Georgetown Immediate Care, use the hospital portal.
Using the Patient Portal, you can:
