Nanticoke is committed to patient satisfaction. A patient advocate is available to assist patients and families with questions and concerns before, during, and after receiving care at any of Nanticoke’s facilities.

In addition, Nanticoke collects and reports patient feedback on the care and services received throughout the hospital. This information is used to continuously improve services.
